I have a scsi tape drive intalled in my server running server 2k the device manager does not see the tape drive even when i scan for new devices...the removable storage mmc does show the drive but it has a little red x next to it....when I look at the properties it says the state of the device is "not present" how to I make the device present and show up in the device manager so I can continue to make backups
