tape can't eject 1

I got "Server : SJI Failure [0x 2c]: Unconditional retryable error". We have HP Ultrium LTO 1 drive and Ready light flashes 3 times, then drive error, tape error, and use cleaning catridge light on once. This action is cycling. I tried to eject the tape, but it won't eject. Anyone knows what's wrong?

the tape drive could be bad... call to your tape drive provider for support.

check the log on the device, if scsi - hardware problem etc.

Try holding down the button for about 15 seconds, should reset the drive.


Failing this powercycle it.

If no success, engineer time.
