Tape backup error. 1

Received this error message and wondering if it means we have a bad tape.

sbdevice: Cannot open /dev/rnt1.TOC
sbdevice: A file or directory in the path name does not exist.

FAILURE: Files or Directory backup failed to complete.
 
Looks to me like someone mistyped "/dev/rmt1" as "/dev/rnt1".
 
I really overlooked that one. Thanks
