When backing up to a DAT drive using
tape -s reset
tape -a 512 setblk /dev/rStp0
cbackup 0 2000000 /dev/rStp0 /dev/u
the filesystem backs up fine with no problems. However, when I follow this with either
tape -s amount
or
tape amount /dev/rStp0
The message '0K transferred' is always returned, when in fact almost 1.5 Gb has been written.
Can anyone tell me why or has anyone had a similar problem??
