Tandem Trunk Outdial Problem

Greetings! I have a IPO 406v2 4.1(9) connected via PRI tandem trunk to a Magix 4.0 V7. Works great for intercom traffic but I cannot seize a trunk from the Magix side. The tandem trunk config is according to Avaya Global Tech Tip 134. I can directly access a channel on the tandem trunk PRI from the IPO and dial 9( dialtone returned ) and a valid 11 digit number. The Magix waits for till get to the fourth digit and then it transfer me to the Unassigned Number Answerpoint ( Voice-Mail ); which then tells me it cannot transfer me. Do I need to program the Magix to look for 11 digit calls and 7 digit calls coming from the IPO side and then add a 9 to dial out. All suggestions will greatly appreciated.

Depending on how the Magix is configured, you may need to set the FRL for ARS. It would be a good idea to read the Network Reference document for the Legend/Magix to get a good overview of what needs to be done. If you don't have it, you can download it for free from support.avaya.com.

All FRLs are set to 3. WHat should they be set to?
