Tandem Dial over VOIP lines???

I have a location that I want to ring simultaneously, can I use IP trunks to ring both locations at the same time? 4 digit dialing works. I currently have a set forwarded down here as overflow, but I want it to ring at the same time. Is it possible?

I don't believe you can ring 2 separate locations at one time with out a 3rd application like Personal Call Director. You can only send a call one direction and since these are different systems you can only send it to one at a time.
