Have a BCM 400 4.0 in service for years. Recently started complaining that they are recieving complaints from customers that they are going to AA after 6 rings. If a single call comes in it does ring at hunt group set to (Broadcast) with 13 members.If (2) or more cals come in at the same time or 1 to 2 seconds later it rings to the caller untill the call goes to voicemail, but the phones in the hunt group are only presented with 1 call, the 2nd and 3rd calls never ring on their sets.
