Tandem calls to hunt group not ringing to sets

Have a BCM 400 4.0 in service for years. Recently started complaining that they are recieving complaints from customers that they are going to AA after 6 rings. If a single call comes in it does ring at hunt group set to (Broadcast) with 13 members.If (2) or more cals come in at the same time or 1 to 2 seconds later it rings to the caller untill the call goes to voicemail, but the phones in the hunt group are only presented with 1 call, the 2nd and 3rd calls never ring on their sets.
Any ideas? I checked everything night sservice, forwarding.....
 
Has someone programmed the lines of the hunt group to appear and ring at the hunt group extns as well.
If so the lines dont ring the hunt group properly...

Go to your target lines and look at assigned extns tab to see if this has happened.
Do this for each line assigned to the hunt group.

 
Target line 300 is not assigned to anyone, and hunt group has line 300 assigned, the users in the hunt do recieve calls but only 1 at a time, and in random order if 2 or more calls come in at the same time only 1 phone rings.
 

I have came across few target line problems on Bcm 4.0.
Deprogram your target line 300 and try using another target line instead.Make sure you don't have the "busy tone" option turned on on that target line.
