Tall forms

Is there a way to force scrollbars to appear in design mode on a form?

I am using Intraweb currently (for web development) and need to create data off the bottom of the current page but can't get down there. Web pages are often way taller than the monitor they are designed on, so this can't be something new.

I realize the form I am developing on is related to Intraweb so that may come into the picture. Was just hoping someone might say "Oh yes, just enable it in..." or something.

place a visual control on the form, a memo for exammple, then set its top property to something like 1500.
