Talkpath time of day control programming questions??

I changed the time control items due to the customer changing their biz hours.
I'm programming a new item #-but can not program the menu #.
The previous items are programmed to run menu 0None for day mode.
I can not enter-100None or 0None.The main day menu is 100.
What am I missing here??Do I need 100 + another #-etc.....
