Talkpath programming

I am still having issues with the talkpath voicemail system in regards to answering the calls with the menu prompts. The unit answers the call with "Please dial the mail box of the person your are calling or dial 0 for the operator". I have made several changes with the time controls but still cannot get the system to answer properly. If anybody has any ideas on how to get the proper recprded prompts to answer I would be very greatful. Any ideas on how to default the system and starting over might be helpful also. Thank you for any assistance.
