TALKING TO TCP LAYER

I WANT TO KNOW HOW I CAN MAKE APPLICATION PROGRAM OVER TCP LAYER

All apps will talk over TCP layer - plus all other layers. To the best of my knowledge, all apps will use all layers!

Are you talking about TCP over port 6. Voice and Video applications. This a reliable path, UDP port 17 ( I recall)

I think you should specify some more details of your requirements.
If you want to write own applications you should post it in the programming forums like visual C++, Borland C++ or C++ Builder.

It seems I run out of tcp memory when i even allow 1 person to download from my server, seems apache and mysql ar sucking up the TCP, How can I fix this ???
