If you have SIP line gateway it would be a UEXT SIPL phone. If you don't have SIP line gateway but have NRS and SIP trunks you could possibly register it as an endpoint and use a CDP code to call that phone. If you're really bleeding edge you may be able to register that phone to session manager if so equipped. What release is your PBX and do you have the proper ISMs?
This phone will also do H.323.
We don't have that package either. Our building dept. contracted these, I requested to see one or get the manual for it but they want control.
