Talc Card dip switch settings

I have a CS-1000 with one talc card installed now.
I am adding 3 more talc cards, but I cant find documentation for the DIP switch settings.
Does anyone have this documentation?

Since the TALC Card is not really a Nortel Card, it's a modified card by Telstrat, you may want to contact them for the settings. If I remember right there are no changes that need to be done to it other than but the DSP cards on it.
