taking VB source files and convert to exe

I currently have Visual Basic 2005 Express Edition Beta.
I have .vb, .dll, .resx,.settings
What steps do I need to take after I made my .vb changes in the source file to conver everything into an executable.
Do I have the ability to convert with the current visual basic version that I have?
