Taking Cluster out of Failsafe

Hello,

Thanks for reading! I'm completely fed up with failsafe and I've decided to take our 2 node cluster out of failsafe mode. The Reasoning is that #1, the 'failover' process doensn't really fail over properly and #2, we have a whole other server that is completely under-leveraged. Your thoughts and comments are GREATLY appreciated.
