taking a line out of a line pool

i have a line that is bad from telco and i want to take it out of the outgoing line pool in the programming.
 
Sort by date Sort by votes
with spm or thru programing console, go to lines & trunks
pools
enter pool number
enter choice of lines 1 to 20 or higher
touch line to either add or remove

If it is bad from the telco, and not just disconnected going forward, you may instead want to go to Maintenance and make it busy there, restoring it when it gets fixed.
