I'm scheduled to take 3000.2 (ACSS-SME) next week and won't have the benefit of having attended the 40 hour seminar in person (I've revied all the other pre-req online classes though). The test normally wouldn't scare me except that I've taken Avaya tests before... a lot of their questions are not very well worded, very well thought-out, or even practical for a field guy.
Is anyone aware of a test prep/study guide for this test? Would reviewing pre-reqs for 3000.1 help? Anyone have any notes from the class they'd care to share? Any pitfalls to avoid? Thanks in advance.
