Taking 071-297 for 2003 Server, what will it count for?

I'm going to take the 071-297 Design a MS Win Server '03 Active Directory & Network Infrastructure," and I was wondering what certification I will get.

I have taken the first 3 of the core for MCSE 2000, so I have MCP 2000. If I take the 071-297, (which is the core for MCSE 2003) will that give me MCP 2003???

Also, will this count towards upgrading my MCSE to 2003? (once I take all my MCSE 2000 tests?)

I think that you will just have it count for credit for the 2003 track. I also recieved an invitation for this beta, but I already have my MCSE 2000. So all I will need are the 2 upgrade exams, but it will be good to see the new testing format. Good luck!
