I have a small server setup at home with Win2k3 Server and WinXP Pro I dont know where to diagonse the problem but the problem im having is it seems to take a very long time for my XP machine to Log into windows like 2-5 minutes to log in and get going... It has 2.3Ghz processor and 1 GB of Ram as well as a 10/100 nic card plus its my only computer on my network... so i dont know why it would take so long... Im unsure if its a network problem or software problem or hardware problem... I do have a firewall/router that is a piece of hardware and i have the built in firewall that XP service pack 2 has is turned off as well... Any input would be great and if you need any more info i can provide... Thank you
