Hi, is there a way of taking ownership of a directory (with files and subdirectories) on an NT4 server (NTFS partition) from a command prompt? I'm after a CACLS type command but I need ownership rather than just permission setting.

Thanks...

Adrian.

THe PERMS command in the resource kit lists an option to take control of a file.
