Hi All!
This group took me from being in total darkness regarding CR to an acceptable level (thank's Ken ;-) ). I'm now confortable with regular stuff. But there's a monster that I've been avoiding and he's called Stored Procedures.

I've been looking at Seagate site for a while and could not find helpfull information.

Thank's again!

Grapefruit,
What is your RDBMS? The rules of the stored procedure game depend a lot on what you are using as the DB. Malcolm

November is "be kind to dogs and programmers" month. Or is that "dogs or programmers"?

I'm using Oracle 7 (Oracle Clinical 3.1.1)

I know how SP works but when it comes to use them in CR I,m a bit confused.

Here a few question I'm asking my self:Where do I call them? Can I pass any parameters? Do's and Don'ts.

MalcolmW did you take some french class ( nice translation ) )
I live in Montréal Canada and I'm french that's why I have a french handle...

Pamplemousse,
The best place to start for Oracle would be
Seagate did a pretty good job with this doc, I guess cause they want to cut down the tech support calls.

Regarding the translation, I was born in Montreal, although I moved to Ontario 6 months later (prior to picking up much of the language). I did take some French in high school, but now my kids (in french immersion g2 and g4) know more than I. However, they are teaching me now - especially on improving my accent.:) Malcolm
