Hi,

I have set up an auto attendant for a customer on essential edition. Each option goes off to a various hunt group but it is not showing on the handset which option has been selected. Please could someone remind me how to show this on the handsets (1408'S).

Thanks in advance,

In embedded this should just happen. If you choose option 1 for hunt group Sales the phones that ring should say xxxxx>Sales where xxxxx is the callers number and Sales is the group. What are they seeing? And what release are you using?

You can with voicmail pro.

Telecomboy's answer only applies if the groups are named as the options they select, if it's the same group for multiple options you will need to set up different groups with unique names :)

This was done automatically. The customer just couldn't see the full huntgroup name as it only displayed the last few letters

Yes, 1408s are crap for that. They should make the screen scroll the text if it doesn't fit but no, it just cuts it off :)

VMPro can show extra info in the top line. You could disable the call timer on the phone itself in the Menu.
