within voicemail pro and using Xima, if a call hits an auto-attendant and then goes to a transfer action with the display on phone field set as a tag, you are able to search within Xima for this tag.
if the tag is configured within the incoming call route of ip office, you can also report on the tag
would anyone know if there is an option to report on a tag which just hits e.g. a generic options playing a message?
I've noticed within the generic tab there is an option for string manipulation and $TAG is an option, so wondering if this somehow sets a TAG value that Xima can then report on when it hits this generic option?
