Tadiran Coral 2, single lines won't ring.

I have a Tadiran Coral II, ver. 9.8 in a motel. I cannot get the single line extensions to ring at all. I had an aps-75 spare, and tried that but don't know if it was any good. bought a rng-1 ringer card which is attached to the power supply, but that didn't work. Is it possible the power supply itself is causing issue? Or the chassis of the system itself? I may replace chassis then order new aps-75 power supply, and after that i'm out of ideas. programming seems fine. any ideas? and if anyone knows the number for tadiran tech support, i'd appreciate it.

Are the peripheral card(s) set for loop start or ground start? On my Coral systems the peripheral analog SLT cards are set for loop start.
