The Problem Is i have a secure device a TACLANE and i want to go in secure and come out unsecure through a router. Maybe through bridging but i can not get that to work either
I am hitting a wall we cannot get the network to work.
the signal path goes
router----taclane----wifi radio wifo radio----taclane----router

this is to set up as a side extension for an already existing network. a 64.x.x.0 255.255.255.0 network
i want to send this network out to a distant end site through radio. Any Help?

General Dynamics KG-175? You sure you have the right key? Is it PPK or Firefly? Each TACLANE should have come with a manual, at least I know the E100's we have do. Have you tested them back to back on a local network? If you have the right key, the right IP in the right subnet and your router interface is configured correctly you shouldn't be having a problem. From what I understand about them is that you should be going into the router encrypted...ie...

network->taclane->router->radio->router->taclane->network
red red/black black black black black/red red

The purpose is to encrypt at the closest point of the network.
