TACACS User

I would like to setup a user admin with limited rights to a router (non level 15). Mainly, I dont want him to make any changes to the config (i.e. non exec mode). I know I could use privileged commands on the router but I want to use TACACS since this is a remote location. We use RADIUS for authentication.

Any thoughts would be appreciated.

I know with TACACS+ you can push policies on the user from the server.Check your RADIUS server for this option.
