I have a form that is Tabular.

The First Field is a Date Field. The Second Field is a Comment/Memo Field. This is to track an acct when ever someone has contact with this client.

I have the form opening with Date in DESC order. So the Newest/last contact info is at the top. The Default for the Date Field is Today.

Each time someone has contact with a client they need to add a comment. The ADD is the very last Record. They have to scroll to the bottom to ADD. (Sometimes there can be a hundred or more contacts) is there a way to make this ADD the very first Record??? Or is it easier to just put an add button on the form?

TIA

There are one or two workarounds, but it is probably easiest to use an add button that either switches the form to data entry mode or opens a form.

Why not try to put this in the 'Load' event of the form?
Code:
DoCmd.RunCommand acCmdRecordsGoToNew
