Hi there,

I've got a tab form that shows a few of my records in a databasse type of manner, I'd like to know if its possible to show an Icon when there are comments for a particular record so's that the user can click and see any remarks directly from this screen. When the are no comments, this icon should not be visible.

The problem is that when I use the .Visible=True Cmd, all the Icons are shown (even when there are no comments available)

Does anyone have any ideas.
Ah.. I'm working with Access2003.

Thanks,

This is standard behaviour for unbound control in a continuous form.
You may consider conditional formatting.

Hope This Helps, PH.
