Tabs on a Form

Can any one help?
I have a form with a treeview and 6 tabs.
When I select an AccountID from the Treeview it is used to filter the forms query. This works fine. each AccountID can have up to 6 SchemeID's attached to it hense the 6 Tabs, so what I would like to do is have the relevant tab become visible after the query has run. Then when a new AccountID is selected to requery then again only show the relevant attached SchemeID's.

Can you not count the SchemeIDs and make a suitable number of tabs visible? If these tabs contain subforms, they are probably not necessary.
