Tablix missing totals

Has anyone seen this one? I have a tablex report with the rows grouped on Div, Dpt, Loc, Inv_No. The Div, Loc, and Inv_No breaks have totals specified on them. On one of the Loc breaks, the break shows just fine with the new location header but the Loc group totals do NOT show. The values are added to the group below.

Not a lot of data, just three groups running about 18 pages. The last two groups run about two pages. It exports the same way when I print a PDF or export to Excel.
