Tablet Software

I am looking for an application, or maybe this is something that I can do with a standard tablet notebook, that will allow me to use and fill out from the tablet my exsiting forms. For example, I have employees who visit client's homes and need the client to fill out a form and sign it and we are looking to tablet notebook technology to do this. Has anyone has any experience with this?
