tablespace monitoring software

Hi

Anyone out there can recommend some third party software
that can view tablespace diskspace down to the exact space
(meaning the space after deletion of some data)

Oracle entreprise manager -storage manager can only view
to the high water mark which still can't tell the actual
diskspace used.
