Im creating a web site and Im not to use Frames (boss's orders). I know that its possible to do the same thing with tables. How do I do it? I have a static toolbar to the left of my screen and I want whenever I click on a link there it opens up the link to the right without refreshing or reloading the toolbar page at all. How do I do this using tables?

I assume when you heard about tables being able to hold HTML, its not possible, however tables are used to create floating frames, which is nothing more than an <IFrame> inside of a table, check my website <A HREF=" TARGET="_new"> that view window in the middle is a floating frame, an IFram inside of a table.
Karl
kb244@kb244.8m.com
<a href=
Experienced in , or have messed with : VC++, Borland C++ Builder, VJ++6(starting),VB-Dos, VB1 thru VB6, Delphi 3 pro, Borland C++ 3(DOS), Borland C++ 4.5, HTML,Visual InterDev 6, ASP(WebProgramming), QBasic(least i didnt start with COBOL)

Thanks alot kb244. Actually I just found it out right after posting this message. Thanks alot

You might also want to check out CSS-P; it's much more manageable, cleaner, and generally less ugly.
Liam Morley
lmorley@wpi.edu
<a href=] :: imotic :: website :: [
"light the deep, and bring silence to the world.
