Tables to practise sql

where can i get tables to practice my sql.

a page with all the inserts for me to copy and paste and execute will do.

i would like some big tables, maybe customers, employess, sales.

whatever really just to practice. i just reaaaaaaly dont want to write it all out myself.

What version of SQL Server?
SQL Server 2000 comes with Northwind database example.
