tables in web pages

Hi All.

im trying to create a web page where only the middle changes but the outside bits dont. I have started work on it and you can see it at

I have been told that the best way to do this would be to create a table, like i have done, but how do i go about just changing the big bit in the middle when I press on the buttons at the bottom?

It sounds like you are describing a frames page. Check that (frames page) out in Help.

Be aware, though, that frames pages may have problems ranking high in search engines. If ranking well in search engines is important to you, go to the Search Engine Optimization forum and inquire what to do to counter any problems that frames pages have.
