Tabler Update Query!!

Can anyone help me with this problem??

I have two tables, one is a list of ASM's (about 300 records) and what branches they look after and the other is a list of branches and what business they have done over the past 12 weeks (around 5000 records)

I need to insert a column to the business table that appends the ASM's to which branches they look after.

I hope this makes sense!

Thanks for the come back straybullet, but I have just this minute figured it out... just done an update query with linked tables and just pointed the "update to" field at the other table in question with a extra field so tables knew where to look!
