tableless coding problems

Hello guys!

I began my tableless coding 2 days ago...so please have patience

What I am trying to achieve:

What I achieved so far:

My main problem...that I couldn't understand so far is how I can align all these elements...as you can see in my .htm file I couldn't align correctly the right_margin...so maybe you can explain me a little bit this too.

Another problem with this layout is that I need a flash movie that has a corner under a .jpg file...so maybe you can give me some hints about this.

I managed to solve that alignment problem by expanding that red right margin till the upper side of the page.

I will post the links to the image and the code and maybe you can tell me if I picked the right solution.

The problem right now is how to display the yellow <div> that will be a flash movie on the header logo (the blue rectangle)...how can I do that?...I couldn't solve it by using z-index...

The first "problem" remains opened...maybe you can tell me how can I do it like that...exactly in that form
