Table with one to many relationship with four other tables

I have a database which i have created but i need some help in refining it. I have one table Enforcement Visit which has a one to many relationship with four other tables. The link with the four tables is done with four join tables.

I have tried to use subforms but the four forms do not seem to conform to using subform because they are linked to Enforcement Visit but not to each other. I am finding it hard to explain but basically i want to create a form/s which enable me to add, update in a stable database. Please have a look at the attached DB and Relationship table.

Sorry, if you want an answer you need to spend some time describing your the issues and the desired outcomes. You need to be willing to spend enough time asking the question as the person will spend trying to answer it. What are the relevant fields? What are the primary keys? What would you like the form to do? Etc. Do some work if you want an answer. Do not just dump your database and expect someone to spend the time guessing what you are talking about.
