I have had several of my accounts get locked out. I am not sure what is causing this. I suspect in one of the config files the password is incorrect. Is there a table/view in sql 2005 that i can use to view all the locked out accounts?

I am not too sure what you meant by "accounts get locked out", are you saying the accounts are disabled in the server? Or the account password are changed?

syslogins may give you some info you need.

in my logs it has:
Login failed for 'user' because account is locked out

I know when you look at the security access for a user the status has an option to lock the account out - so i think that is what i am looking for

Here this will show you accounts that have been locked out in SQL 2005.

Code:
[COLOR=blue]select[/color] [COLOR=blue]name[/color]
      ,is_disabled
[COLOR=blue]from[/color] sys.server_principals
