How can you have a page 673 in a 126 page publication?

But if the problem is being caused by Adobe Table, forget using it, as it always seems to cause problems. Better to build the tables in PM itself. Use tabs and set up a style for the rows with rules beneath (under paragraph specs).

Hi, bhawkins99,

You need to check all the linked files.

Unlink any imported text files, and if necessary re-place any graphic so that it is linked, and not embedded.

Hi, bhawkins99,

modify page 673 of my 126 page publication
??????

1. Run the Diagnostic Global Recomposition - see the PM Helpfiles > Windows Shortcuts > Power Shortcuts for more details.

2. If you have a 673 page publication, that is extremely long. Consider breaking the publication up into "chapters". See "Indexes, Contents, and Pagination" > "Assembling publications into a book" in the PM Helpfiles

3. As you are likely to have several hundred text blocks, the risk of corruption is increased.
Use fewer text blocks.
When possible, use fewer text blocks in publications to keep the file size smaller and the layout easier to manipulate. For example, by using styles, you can easily create a headline, byline, and body of a story in one text block. This workflow ensures that all pieces of the story move together when you rearrange the format, and it makes it easier to export text from a publication.
