I have a table called tblbulk with this layout.

Name, Company, A1, A2, City, State, Zip, Code1, Code2, Code3

There are people at the same company and I need to put these on the same line.

I would take the Company field and address information and then move the names and all codes to that company to one record..

yes if this was my database then that would of been setup that way from the beginning.. but this is how the data came to me and i need to do a mailing per company that includes all employee names and codes on the piece.

Any Ideas?
