Hi,
Can anybody help? I have a splash screen that has a grey 'band' across the middle of the screen (done by selecting bg colour in a table cell. I've imported my sliced graphic from fireworks (770 pixels in width)into a nested table inside the original 'band' cell.
Basically the problem is the grey colour doesn't stretch right across the screen. Here's the link to make things a bit clearer,

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Cheers,
Storm

you have :

leftmargin="0" topmargin="0" marginwidth="0" marginheight="0"

try adding rightmargin and bottommargin like so:

leftmargin="0" rightmargin="0" topmargin="0" bottommargin="0" marginwidth="0" marginheight="0"

and it is set at 100% autostretch?

Other than the little space at the right it works great on my end in IE 5.5 on Windows NT. Ya' Gotta Love It!

TulsaJeff,
Thanx for the advice. I tried what you said but to no avail. However I did discover that the page looks exactly as I intended when I used the full IP address instead of just the domain name. I f you're still interested you can see what I mean by comparing the two links,

This is really bugging me now. I'm thinking of contacting my domain name hoster, could it have something to do with the way they forward the address?
Cheers,
Storm

I see what you are talking about...very strange indeed...

you could try uploading to a completely different host...a free one for instance and see if you are still having a problem. Ya' Gotta Love It!
