when I create a table (full page) I will set it for 46 rows but it will only come out at 30 rows and fills the page.the rows are obviously much bigger than the 10pt text.

How do I set the rows so that the size allows all the rows to show.

Hi johnniec,

1. Cell insets makes a cell bigger then the 10 pt text in the cell.
You can set the cell insets at the cell options.
The Top, Bottom, Left and Right can be set.

2. The height can also be set at the Row Height (Row and Colums).
It can be set to "At Least" or to "excact"

I have checked, if the cell height is set to "exactly" 10 pt and the cell insets to 0, a text of 10pt will fit and the rows have a height of 10 pt.

Hope this helps..
Marcel
