Table reelationship (Forms)

This is the first time I use this website. Please be patient with me!!

I am working on a database that contains about 25 tables. I am encountering a problem:
I have 3 tables:

1) Provider
2) Provider accounts: Each provider can have multiple bank accounts.
3) Project activities: these activities that the provider can participate on. How much we will pay? Is the payment done or not...

I want to be able from the third table to choose the provider name and automatically filter the accounts associated with this provider. Some how it is not working. Also, if you have sometime and would like some tutoring pay, please let me know.

are you accessing records directly through the tables?

this is a very bad idea, always use forms.
