hey all,

say i have a database with both dates and times. I would like to sort the table first by the date and then by the time. I have two dates in the table now 5/20/2002 and 5/15/2002. the 20 always comes up first. the time for the 15 is 2:00:00 PM and the time for the 20 is to be decided. does it have to be a time for the first order, the dates, to work?
