table locking up??

i have a customer where one table is locked up for some reason and all access is serialized.

how can i unlock the table and allow multiuser access?

Its tough to answer your question, first expalin on what process its locked. If you just want to relase it, look upnder current activity or sp_who2 find the SPID and kill.
