hello all...<br> i am having the problem to retrieving the report while the related tables are doing transactions..(update, modify, delete etc...), this will make the reporting program hang. so could any body pls advice me how to do the coding to show the table or record/rows which the current status is LOCK so that i can prompt out to let the user s know the locking status. <br>for the information, i am using VB6 and oracle database<br><br>hope to hear soon......<br><br>Thanks & rdgs<br>Phillis
