Table linking problem

We recently installed a new AS400. We have an Access 2000 database that has linked tables from the AS400. We can import these tables through the system DSN, we can write pass-through queries, and we can query the tables using the DSN in Microsoft Excel. The only thing we cannot do anymore is view the data in these linked tables. This seems to affect only certain users - others can view the linked data with no problems.

Any ideas?

Generally, yes. New development - we can access the data in the linked table via VBA, but we still can't simply open the table to view the data - we get the ODBC Call Failed error. This seems to be the only thing we can't do.

ok, do you have an ODBC connection set up to the iSeries/AS400 using the iSeries Access ODBC Driver?
