Table in SQL Server Unable to Manually Enter Data

I migrated a Table that I had in Access to SQL Server. The Access Table allowed me to enter / change data as I wanted row by row. However, in SQL Server the fields at not allowing for any data entry / changes.
I even linked the Table to Access (for I don't want users to have direct access to the SQL Server) to enter / change data. But not able to do that either. Is there a setting in SQL Manager to that needs to be changed? Thanks!

What does that mean? Are you trying to edit from Enterprise Manager or from a program? Are there error messages?

You will need a SQL Server Administrator to GRANT privileges on the new table to whatever account(s) you are using to try to update data.

Do you mean using the UI to change/enter data?
If so, you need to open the database in object explorer. Open the tables node. Then you can right click on the table name and choose "Edit Top 200 rows"
You can always change the SQL behind this to get the number of rows you want. In here you can change and add data
