Table - Group records, column border stretch to bottom

I'm attempting to create a report where the table columns stretch to the bottom of the page.

I have a left and right borders on the body, a bottom border on the page header, a top border on the page footer - which gives a nice box around the body content.

I'd really like to get the columns of the table separated by a line that stretches from the bottom border of the page header, to the top border of the page footer. I had a _little_ luck with a line, but it would not repeat on the other pages even with the RepeatWith set to the table.

Any reporting experts know how to handle that?

I am guessing that just turning on the right and left border for the cell is not sufficient?

Nope - it just just goes down for the number of rows you have.
